Hail risk analysis
Hailstorms occur frequently in Switzerland and are hardly geographically limited. The particle size and density of the ice determine any damage. More intense hail events also cause damage to buildings.
Using a GIS-based risk model, we determine the building risks from hail. The risk per scenario, the total risk or the damage per scenario can be calculated.
