Intervention planning for local authorities
We work closely with representatives of the community, emergency services and technical companies in workshops and field inspections to develop emergency plans. The chosen procedure is as follows:
- Identify damage potential (protected assets) on the basis of the hazard map and the experience of the emergency services
- Develop and prioritise interventions (risk-based)
- Compile deployment documents and deployment maps
- Advisory services and training of the emergency services
Refresher courses
Regular training is recommended to make sure that the actions of the emergency services is correct in the event of an incident. As co-partners, we help them prepare refresher courses and provide on-site assistance where necessary. For example, in using the documents, reading the deployment cards or correctly setting up mobile protection measures.
